| Comments: | I expected a wait time of at least an hour just for Dr. Herman to see my daughter. And also expected it to be unprofessional. But I am very pleased to say that every time we have had an appointment we have been in and out quickly and I am very pleased with the quality of work provided to my daughter on each visit. |

| Comments: | If you have children that need an orthodontist Dr.Herman should be your first pick. He and his staff proved to me today 8/25/09 that they go above and beyond to make a patient feel welcome and at ease. |
